We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

How long does it take for you to process orders?
All orders have a typical handling period of five (5) business days after our receipt of your cleared payment, and we try to ship-out orders earlier whenever possible. This means that you can expect for your order to be shipped-out to you five (5) business days after you place your order and remit your cleared payment. Please note that certain payment methods need additional time for it to be actually received and cleared, including eChecks/Bank Transfers (such as those remitted via PayPal).

Where are the products shipped-out from?
To better serve our customers from a variety of countries, we have fulfillment centers in both the United States and Hong Kong. Orders are shipped from either location depending on the shipping destination and product inventory/availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments remitted via Google Checkout and PayPal. In addition, we also accept payments made via money order/cashier's check. If you want to remit your payment via money order/cashier's check, please be sure to enclose a copy of your order with your payment, and send it to: DPX, Attn: iAccessories, PO Box 755, Millbrae, CA 94030-0755, U.S.A. Please allow time for your money order/cashier's check to arrive in the mail.
